Not final. This page is a draft written by Lael. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the bracketed items still need filling in. It is not legal advice.
The short version. This page sets no cookies. It runs no analytics and no advertising pixels. The only thing it collects is an email address, and only if you type one into the form and press the button. If you buy something, the payment happens on a separate checkout page, described below.
What is collected
One thing, and only when you submit the form:
- Your email address, as you typed it
- A label saying which page it came from, so I know the three checks are what you asked for
Nothing else is collected. No name, no phone number, no health information, no account. You are not asked what hurts, and there is no field to tell me.
What is not collected
- No cookies. The page stores nothing in your browser
- No analytics. No page view counter, no heatmap, no session recording
- No advertising pixels. Nothing from Meta, Google or anyone else runs here
- No fonts loaded from elsewhere. The typeface is served from this site, so your visit is not reported to a font provider
The result is that if you read this page and leave without using the form, I have no record that you were here.
Where your email goes
To Kit, an email service in the United States, which stores the list and sends the emails. Kit processes it on my instructions and does not sell it. Their own terms are at kit.com/privacy.
I do not sell, rent or trade your address, and I do not upload it to any advertising platform to build audiences.
If you buy QUAD CORE
Payment happens on Gumroad, not on this site. They collect your name, email and card details, process the payment, and send me your email address and which area you bought so I can deliver it. I never see your card number.
What you bought, for example the knee program, tells me something about your body. I use it only to deliver it. It is not added to any advertising audience, and no pixel on these pages can see it.
Why the answer you tap is not sent anywhere
The ankle check on the page reacts in your browser. Whichever answer you press, that result stays on your screen and is never transmitted, stored or attached to your email address. It is a mirror, not a form.
How long it is kept
Until you unsubscribe. Every email has a one click unsubscribe link, and using it removes you from the list. You can also write to me and ask me to delete you, and I will.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask me what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it, and ask me to delete it. Write to thankstolael@gmail.com and I will answer.
If you are in California, that includes the rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing under the CCPA as amended. I do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, and I will never charge you a different price for exercising a right.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the legal basis for sending you these emails is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
Children
This is not for anyone under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their details.
If something changes
If I ever add analytics, a pixel, or anything that collects more than an email, this page changes first and the date at the top changes with it.
