The short version. The three checks are free. QUAD CORE costs $27, paid once, and you can have that back within thirty days without giving a reason.
Digital guides
Thirty days, no questions. Write to me within thirty days of buying and ask for your money back, and you get it. You do not have to explain, you do not have to prove you tried it, and you do not lose access while I process it.
I would rather refund someone than have them feel stuck with something that did not fit. If a guide is wrong for you, it is wrong for you.
How to ask
Write to thankstolael@gmail.com from the address you bought with, and say you want a refund. Nothing else is needed. Expect the money back within 10 business days, to the card or account you paid from.
One on one work
Not sold yet. When it is, its terms will be set out here before the first person can buy, and they will say in plain words what happens if you want to stop partway.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong, write to me first. I will almost certainly just refund you, and it is faster than going through your bank.
